- Software license & updates
The Photo Book Designer is a royalty-free and non-exclusive software provided by My Photo Stories that allows customers to personally create and design professional photo products.
Any updates, designs, and templates are also considered part of the software. This software is a non-transferable internal use license under copyright to use, display, execute, and perform for the sole purpose of creating photo products for production by My Photo Stories.
- Photo product content
Upon uploading your project, you acknowledge that the content of the photo product conforms to the rules and regulations as stated in our Terms of Service. My Photo Stories and all its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse printing of any project that contains content breaching any agreements and privacy policies of the company.
We will not print or publish any photo product or its contents unless authorization is given by the project owner. It is your responsibility to notify My Photo Stories and all its subsidiaries if your project contains any explicit or sensitive content such as nudity or profanity for special handling and production arrangements.
Once permission is granted to My Photo Stories for usage of the photo product and its contents, My Photo Stories and all its subsidiaries reserve the right to use your photo book design, or any part thereof, for marketing and promotional purposes, accepting only books successfully uploaded and ready to print using the Photo Book Designer software.
We are not responsible for consumer-generated mistakes, such as spelling errors or missing images, once the file has been successfully uploaded into the system. We recommend customers thoroughly check their proofs before uploading their books as we do not accept any amendments or changes once the file is uploaded.
- Order Processing
Please note that the content cannot be altered, changed, or corrected after your order for product design is uploaded to the website. My Photo Stories is not obligated to review the Content you provided, and therefore you agree here that your project has undergone all necessary checks and verifications to your full satisfaction and is ready for publication.
You agree and understand that your project file does not contain computer viruses, worms, or any software intended to harm, damage, or alter computer systems or data before you upload it to our website.
You also acknowledge that My Photo Stories is not obligated to retain electronic files of your photo product or to keep an archival copy of the printed product. My Photo Stories does not claim ownership of any of your content.
- Changing Your Mind
If you believe you have received an email from us in error, please contact us at myphotostory.ua@gmail.com. At any time, if you no longer wish to receive a certain type of email, follow the "Unsubscribe" instructions located below each email.
My Photo Stories makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of our marketing materials distributed. In case of any discrepancies or omissions, changes will be made at our discretion, and My Photo Stories is not responsible for discrepancies in prices or discount offers.

If you believe that your photo product design has been copied or used in any way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us immediately.
